Le décret n°2011-1113 publié le 18/09/2011 détermine les modalités de mise en oeuvre de l’exonération de cotisations sociales patronales applicable à l'emploi créé ou implanté dans ces zones affectées par la réorganisation des unités militaires.

Ce texte définit le calcul de l’exonération qui est dégressive à partir de 1,4 SMIC et s’annule à 2,4 SMIC et mentionne les conditions d'accès à ces exonérations de charges.



Areas of defense restructuring: Areas of exemption

Decree No. 2011-1113 published on 18/09/2011 determines the implementation of the employers' exemption of social contributions applicable to the job created or established in those areas affected by the reorganization of military units.

This text defines the calculation of the exemption which is decreasing from 1.40 SMIC (national minimum wages) and vanishes at 2.40 SMIC. Conditions of access to social contributions reductions are specified in this text.
