15-juin-2011 Physical inaptitude : New case of rupture of defined term contract
The physical ianptitude observed by the labor doctor physician, whether professional or not becomes a reason for early termination of the defined term contract.

Parental presence: new leave
A new entitlement to parental absence may be granted beyond the initial period of three years in case of relapse or recurrence of the illness of the child under which the original leave was granted.


These measures are based on the law of simplifying and improving the quality of the law, published in the “Journal Officiel” dd 18 May 2011.
