CNIL : (French data privacy committee) : new forms as per September 1st, 2010

Since 31 march 2010, it is possible to fill in declarations linked to "privacy act" via internet (www.cnil.fr). However, declarations may still be prepared on paper. In that case, CNIL specifies on its web site that, as per 1st september 2010, the new forms available on the CNIL internet site will be accepted. Any other form will not be recorded.
