La limite d'exonération de la participation patronale au financement des titres-restaurants restera fixée à 5,29 € pour 2012, sous réserve que cette contribution patronale représente de 50 % à 60 % de la valeur libératoire du titre (CGI ann. IV art. 6 A).

Employers's contribution into luncheon vouchers

The exemption limit for employer participation in the financing of luncheon vouchers will be remained at
5.29 € for 2012, under the condition the employer's contribution represents 50 % to 60 % of the discharge of the title (CGI Sch. IV Art . 6 A).
