Prévision de revalorisation du SMIC en Janvier 2012

Le SMIC sera de nouveau revalorisé à compter du 1er janvier 2012 et ce, en application des dispositions du code du travail prévoyant la révision du SMIC chaque 1er janvier.

Le SMIC devrait être revalorisé à 9,22 € bruts mais un texte sera plublié au journal officiel.

Pour un salarié mensualisé soumis à un horaire collectif de 151,67 heures, ce relèvement conduit à un SMIC mensuel brut de 1 398,37 €.

Revaluation of minimum wage on the 1st Januaray 2012

The minimum wage will be revaluated as to the 1st of January 2012, according to the provisions of the Labor Code which plan the revision of the minimum wage.

The minimum wage will be revaluated at 9.22€ but a law will be published in the offical newspaper .

An employee under a collective schedule of 151.67 hours will obtain a gross monthly minimum salary of 1 398.37€.
