Tout en précisant la définition du travail dissimulé, la loi sur l'immigration comporte un important volet répressif accentuant notamment la pression sur les donneurs d'ordre et les maîtres d'ouvrage afin que ceux-ci s'assurent que leurs cocontractants n'emploient pas d'étrangers sans titre de travail.

Immigration act is published
The law on immigration, integration and citizenship, voted by Parliament on May 11 and validated by the Constitutional Council on June 9, has just been published in the French Journal Officiel.
By clarifying the definition of undeclared work, the immigration act contains an important component of repression including highlighting the pressure on contractors so that they ensure that their co-contractors employ no foreigners without work permits.
